Transforming financial industry as our new Customer Support Specialist

At Coinify we are growing from a Start-up to a Scale-up company and therefore looking for an Customer Support Specialist that would be an integral part of the Customer Support Department. As an Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for communicating with our stakeholders, guiding our customers in the space of payments and performing a broad variety of ad-hoc tasks.

The ideal candidate will be cheerful, creative with high work ethic and enjoy working in a results - driven environment.

Stakeholders you will be in charge of

  • Business owners from different industries operating globally who want to receive payments in virtual currencies from their customers and make the most out of our Payment platform.
  • End users embracing financial innovation by purchasing good and services with virtual currencies.
  • Private investors from all over Europe trading directly with Coinify or with one of our several partner wallets. They either buy virtual currency with payment card and bank transfer or sell their coins and receive money in their bank account.

Some of the tasks you will be helping with

  • Guiding our customers by providing service information: becoming an expert in all aspects of Coinify services and knowing how they can be applied in various user cases.
  • Replying to assigned support requests and re-assigning them when needed, following up before and after resolution.
  • As you will be one of the first to meet our customers, you will be representing our values in polite and professional manner.
  • Collaborating across departments by keeping records of and reporting tech issues, customers needs, etc.

  • Great organisational and time management skills – manage the flow and progress of multiple incoming tasks
  • Skillful in multitasking - ability to keep an overview on several issues at the same time
  • Adaptability - implementing changes, improving processes, handling surprises
  • Ability to Identify and Anticipate needs - spotting patterns, reading customers, knowing when to close an issue
  • Strong personal drive and willingness to learn by doing
  • Broader understanding of finance and technology is welcomed
  • Previous experience from customer support and administration is a plus
  • Computer Skills - Microsoft Office, Google Drive, CRM Systems
  • Danish Language skills are plus
